Community skils and talent development network
Community skill and talent development network (CSTDN) is a project designed to engage various individuals (professionals, economically inactive & unemployed with talents or gifts) within the minority communities in London and acquire attributes and objectives designed for self employment & business engagement. CSTDN will provide the interface and facilitate the process for them to be able to convert their raw talents into sustainable business solutions. For individuals already at work , we would provide the means for them to be able to utilise their skills in improving initially their community and subsequently find business outside their communities.
An end to end business lifecycle management - CSTDN is also an end to end business lifecycle management system that provides a professional individual and SME within a community with the ability to seamlessly engage their business, skill or talent with a world class infrastructure to take their business to new horizons and create more opportunities for them. CSDTN will provide the technology as well as the legal framework for engaging and promoting the raw talent into a commercially viable option by providing a conduit between the individual and requirements for setting up a company as required by company law or working in partnership with us under the provisions of the limited company partnership laws.
Eliminating obstacles - Part of the core focus for CSTDN is to provide an enabling function to professionals and talents within the community that currently experience a restraint in their ability to engage or grow; by providing them the CSDTN platform, they would be equipped with the technology that will enable them to develop their profession on to a stage where it is able to bid for businesses by tendering for Government work or collaborating with other businesses within or without the community to tender for work. Each of these activities would already be preformatted in the CSDTN and designed to customise to each individual talent's requirements, the benefit of been online liberates the requirement to physically go somewhere and can be done anywhere with internet access. As individuals, these organisations or talents are currently limited in their ability to progress their development; with the CSTDN they will be equipped with the technology currently only used by large multinational organisations.
Outreach program to each community - The CSTDN will have an outreach program that will communicate with the professionals across various channels and conduct an assessment of their objectives with a view to assist them in achieving their goals. On the other hand, CSTDN will be acquiring partnership opportunities as well as request for tenders from Government agencies and organisations. CSTDN will then assign Business consultants to the company who will assist them in achieving their aim.
Company and Business consultants - A Business consultant will be allocated to each regsitered talent and will be responsible for assisting the organisation to navigate its way through the system by providing support and knowledge transfer and expert advice. From the point of engagement, the organisation is provided the level of incubation it requires as well as support to run the scale of business they intend to generate. At each key juncture of the lifecycle are specialist designed to take the business and provide their own key skills to it in that particular area to enable the business to achieve the set goal. In effect the infrastructure plus the specialist at each point of the lifecycle make up the business network and collaborate to achieve the goal, they will have a significant part to play to enabling the talent to deliver.
